Shawn: I want to thank you for such a well-thought out tutorial on Twitter. As a newbie myself in using the program, I've been very careful with it while taking a lot of time to learn how to use different tools - and your powerpoint certainly helps me understand the system very well. I tend to get a little jittery whenever I have to use a new app, mostly because I have to learn how to think differently and often end up hitting every button until I figure out which one gives me what I want - or negotiating sometimes very long and tedious FAQ or help sections just to accomplish a simple task. I think your project helps lessen that fear for some of us newbies. . .
